Citizen Stash is not accepting new patients at this time as we focus on serving our current patients.

Rest assured that Citizen Stash’s pause on accepting new patients does not change our commitment to serving the medical patient community or our current medical customers. If you are a current medical customer you can continue to order product, renew your registration, and receive ordering support from us by email and phone.

See a Healthcare Professional to receive what is called a “referral” to purchase medical cannabis. You can then register with Citizen Stash to order directly through our site here: Medical Patients

No, only Healthcare Professionals under the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada can authorize the use of medical cannabis. This means Medical Doctors (M.D.) or in some cases Nurse Practitioners can prescribe cannabis.

The registration renewal process is the same as the initial registration process. You’ll need to complete a new Registration Form and submit a new original Medical Document. You will receive an email reminder from Experion Wellness 60& 30 days prior to your renewal date.

We accept most major credit cards.

Once an order is received, it can take up to 2 business days for processing.

We ship via Purolator, and estimated delivery times are as follows

Purolator Express – 1-2 business days*

A signature is required upon delivery, and shipments can only be sent to the shipping address associated with your account.

Please note that we cannot ship outside of Canada.

* Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and may take longer for certain locations.

Shipping is calculated based on the size of the package, delivery location and time frame in which you wish to receive the package. Shipping costs are not covered by Citizen Stash but we do have a variety of options available at different price-points.

All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with the product or believe it is defective, please contact us at orders@experionwellness.com to address your concerns.

Step 2 - Talk To A Healthcare Professional


Consult with a healthcare professional about whether medical cannabis is right for you. You can schedule an appointment with your doctor or at a medical cannabis education clinic.

If appropriate, they will complete a Medical Document for you, authorizing the use of medical cannabis, and they can send it to Experion via securefax, or, you can mail the original copies to:

Download the Medical Documents below and bring to your appointment for the doctor to fill out.

Step 3 - Order


Once we receive your Medical Documents from your doctor, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your account is set up and then you can begin ordering online. All packages are delivered discreetly to your door.
